Role Summary:
The Operations Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Creative Hub. This individual must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the creative/media industry. They should be proficient with basic creative tools for design and video editing, as well as CRM systems. A self-starter with a record of multiple creative innovations, they should also bring a passion for developing monetization strategies for the hub.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, including coordinating between creative teams and external partners.
• Develop and implement monetization strategies for the
hub.
• Ideate and initiate creative projects to drive growth and visibility.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems to track project progress and client interactions.
• Supervise administrative tasks,
including budgeting,
scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Person Specifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the creative/media industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro), video editing software, and CRM systems.
• Creativity: Proven record of innovative projects or ideas that led to business growth.
• Administrative Skills: Solid experience in managing budgets, resources, and schedules in a corporate environment.
Passion for Media: Strong enthusiasm for creativity and an in-depth understanding of the media landscape.
Social Media Manager
Role Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing social media accounts with a focus on content creation, SEO, and audience engagement. This individual should have at least 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts,
with a deep understanding of
the entertainment/media industry and social media best practices for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow follower base.
• Utilize SEO and analytics to optimize content for audience engagement.
• Write compelling copy and visually appealing content that aligns with brand goals.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate spontaneous, innovative content.
Person Specifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media management
SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Content Creation Skills: Skilled in creative writing, content creation, and the use of basic design and video editing sottware.
Trend Awareness: In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome visitors with warmth, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
– Manage the front desk, answering calls, emails, and queries with courtesy and efficiency.
– Provide basic information about the hub’s services, events, and media projects to guests and clients.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and scheduling of appointments.
– Assist in maintaining office supplies and managing deliveries.
– Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, book system and scheduling as needed.
Person Specifications:
– A graduate of Office Management
– Prior 1+ year experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong sense of professionalism.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
